Rita Smith is 33 years old and is from Oldham County. She has a daughter and she graduated from Oldham County High School and Sullivan University with her MBA. Her father retired from the Kentucky Truck Plant. She has been in the auto business for six years, the last three with the Collision Center at Tri-County Ford Mercury. Rita’s job title at Tri-County Ford Mercury is Assistant Manager of the Collision Center. Her auto industry experience includes working for the service department as the cashier at Tri-County Ford Mercury for three years, leaving the auto industry completely for a year then coming back to Tri-County Ford Mercury as the Assistant Manager in the Collision Center. The reason she enjoys working for Tri-County Ford Mercury is the flexibility, how most everyone treats you like family and the department she is in is truly family looking out for everyone. When she is not working you can catch her spending time with her daughter, watching movies at home, or going for walks.
